We are able to offer a free delivery service for orders of £23.50 or more. Please note that the free delivery option is only available to UK addresses.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item for any reason please call or email us and we will advise you further. Items ordered in error may be exchanged for the correct product providing they are returned unopened. Further payment may be required to cover differences in cost. All refunds will be credited to the card from which payment was made. Please include a covering letter with your return stating your name, address and reason for the return.

Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled up to fourteen days after delivery. It is an express condition that the product must be returned to us unused, unopened and with the original documentation (as sent with each parcel and/or package). We reserve the right not to refund postage charges at our discretion. You must provide written confirmation (email, text or letter) of your request to cancel.
Not seen any difference yet, my boy is a lurcher and his teeth are not great, but his breath does smell better so it does seem to be working. Always a great service and if you need advice, they are always there to help. Thanks from me and Jimmy.

My Border Collie has been using Flex Sprinkles for just under a year due to occasional lameness in his front left leg. (I too used the adult version too as we are of a similar age comparatively for arthritis!) I have seen a big difference in him and as he is about to turn 10, he is still as agile as he was 5 years ago and certainly doesn't look his age. Flex Sprinkle came highly recommended and I too have spread the word as this is a far better preventative cure than any other available based on actual users.

Started these for my dog who is triggered with loud bangs and fireworks, they have been a godsend, stopped him panting and barking, would definitely recommend these.
