Delivery Service

We ship to the UK, the EU and many other countries around the world. At the moment we exclude Australia and New Zealand because of bio-regulatory reasons. Tax (where appropriate) and shipping are included in your transaction.

Our normal delivery service will be either:

DPD Next Day or Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.79 
This will apply to each order for deliveries within the United Kingdom.   Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Tracking information is emailed automatically at the time of dispatch.

Delivery to the EU from: £9.00  Delivery to the Rest of the World from: £14.00

Free Delivery

We are able to offer a free delivery service for UK orders of £23.51 or more.  Please note that the free delivery option is only available to UK mainland addresses.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item for any reason please call or email us and we will advise you further.

Items that prove to be faulty or unsuitable may be returned for refund. It is an express condition that the product must be returned to us unused, unopened and with the original documentation (as sent with each parcel and/or package).

Items ordered in error may be exchanged for the correct product provided they are returned unopened. Further payment may be required to cover differences in cost.

All refunds will be credited to the card from which payment was made. Please include a cover letter with your return stating your name, address, and reason for the return.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled up to fourteen days after delivery. It is an express condition that the product must be returned to us unused, unopened and with the original documentation (as sent with each parcel and/or package). We reserve the right not to refund postage charges at our discretion. You must provide written confirmation (email, text or letter) of your request to cancel.
