SCIENCE
Animal Clinical Research & Trials
The testing of various anti-glycation agents over nearly a decade led a Russian research team to the development of n-acetylcarnosine as a delivery system for the natural eye anti-oxidant L-carnosine. These studies produced remarkably fast results for the animals involved. Furthermore, no serious side effects were noted and the beneficial affects were sustainable.
More recent studies by Cambridge University Veterinary School have confirmed that all 30 dogs in a trial received beneficial effect from NAC eye drops.
University of Cambridge Veterinary School
In an experiment involving the use of N-acetylcarnosine in dogs suffering form cataracts, researchers found that its effects are more pronounced in the early form of the disease. Scientists from the Department of Veterinary Medicine, University of Cambridge (UK), wanted to see if a topical antioxidant containing N-acetylcarnosine had any effect on dogs suffering from different stages of cataract. They examined 30 dogs of different breeds and used eye drops containing 2% N-acetylcarnosine. The drops were used three times a day, and the dogs were examined at regular intervals, by using direct and indirect ophthalmoscopy and slitlamp biomicroscopy (a method whereby the examiner looks directly and in detail into the eye). Specialist photographs were then taken. The results showed that improvement of cataract was found in all eyes examined, but this improvement was particularly relevant in cases where the cataract was in the early stages (immature cataract).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Directions for Use
Suitable for both dogs and cats. Apply 1 drop in affected eyes 4 times a day. Continue application for at least 90 days for best results. A full course may need to be 6-9 months. Reduce the application to once per day when you feel that your dog’s eye health is satisfactory…………….watch this video if you need guidance on how to do it
Take care not to touch the bottle tip to any surface or to the eye(s) when applying the eye drops -keep it sterile. Do not use Clarifye if your pet is using steroid eye drops as they would neutralise the Clarifye and it would not offer any benefit.
Drops come in a 10ml bottle with a dropper dispensing system. Once opened keep re-sealed and cool and discard after 60 days. A 10ml bottle will give over 200 drops enough for both eyes for over a month. If you receive your product in damaged packaging please return it to us rather than using it.
Safety is our number one concern when it comes to eye support
It is safe for your pet to ingest and lick. Many diabetic dogs have eye problems and Clarifye is safe to use with diabetic dogs

So far it’s too early to tell if these drops are working. I see a slight change in my dogs eyes but it’s too soon to tell if the cataracts are clearing up. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Thank you for your review and 5 stars. We're very pleased to hear your dog's progress. Please keep us posted. Best wishes. Ace Canine.
One of our dogs, who is 12 years old has a cataract in each eye, one worse than the other. We were extremely nervous of him having a cataract operation at his age, we were also told that there is no guarantee that he would be able to see after going through surgery. We started Clarifeye on 31st March this year and so far so good. The better eye looks a lot clearer and brighter and the other one does look a bit better. I don’t know if we are seeing what we want to see or that they are better but fingers crossed 🤞 it continues to improve.
Thank you for the chance to help his eyesight
Thank you for sharing your Clarifye journey with us, that's a fabulous update. Please can you tell us more in another month, we'd like to know progress. Thank you for taking the time to review and for our 5 stars.

Our 13 year old Jack Russell has been having these drops for 2 weeks now and we’re already noticing a big difference. He can catch small kibble treats in the air again and his eyes definitely look better. We were worried we would find it hard to apply the drops but after watching the video that hasn’t been the case at all. Buzz happily has his eye drops followed by some liver paste😏 and we will definitely continue.
Thank you for sharing your JR's progress and for our 5 stars, that's made this soggy BH Monday a very happy one. Please keep us updated.
