We are able to offer a free delivery service for orders of £22.50 or more. Please note that the free delivery option is only available to UK addresses.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item for any reason please call or email us and we will advise you further. Items ordered in error may be exchanged for the correct product providing they are returned unopened. Further payment may be required to cover differences in cost. All refunds will be credited to the card from which payment was made. Please include a covering letter with your return stating your name, address and reason for the return.

Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled up to fourteen days after delivery. It is an express condition that the product must be returned to us unused, unopened and with the original documentation (as sent with each parcel and/or package). We reserve the right not to refund postage charges at our discretion. You must provide written confirmation (email, text or letter) of your request to cancel.
I have been using now for about 15 days now
Haven’t seen any improvement..
Early days
Thank you for your Clarifye review, yes 15 days is a little early, it can take around 90 days to see improvement. Please let us know progress, each bottle has around 200 drops in it.
Fi is an 8 yr old Dogue de Bordeaux, suspicious of new things, who is unsure of yr product. The effects so far aren’t dramatic, but I hope longer term that she will get up with greater ease.
I have been giving it to my Dog for skin allergy. It seems to help a little not completely. I will continue giving it to him, maybe time will offer the solution.
Excellent service from Ace Canine, as per normal. Unfortunately it is too early to tell on the benefits of Epimmune - Superbiotic. Easy to use as it is a powder and the measure comes with it. Waiting to see how the woofers do on it.
