Clarifye drops help to keep your dog’s eyes clear. The anti-oxidants in Clarifye help reduce damage to the proteins in the lens – keeping the lens clear.

When to use Clarifye

While there are many diseases that affect dog’s eyes, the most common long term problem is cataracts. They can be hereditary or created by lifestyle and diet. Diabetes is a common cause. Clarifye drops can safely be given to dogs with diabetes.

Ingredients

Clarifye contains more than twice as much N-acetyl carnosine as other brands.

Ingredients – N-acetyl carnosine 2.2%(anti-oxidant), Glycerol, Modified Microcellulose, Hyalauronic acid (lubricants), MSM, Water (sterile purified pH buffered solution), Benzyl Alcohol (preservative).

All ingredients are pharmaceutical grade and the finished product is sterilised and hermetically packaged.

Directions for use

Suitable for both dogs and cats. It is completely safe to give to dogs with diabetes. Apply 1 drop in affected eyes 4 times a day. Continue application for at least 90 days for best results. A full course may need to be 6-9 months. Reduce the application to once per day when you feel that your dog’s eye health is satisfactory…………….watch the video below if you need guidance on how to do it.    

Drops come in a 10ml bottle with a dropper dispensing system. Once opened keep in a cool dark place. Discard after 60 days. A  10ml bottle will give over 200 drops enough for both eyes for over a month. If you receive your product in damaged packaging please return it to us rather than using it.

Research
Studies by Cambridge University Veterinary School have confirmed that all 30 dogs in a trial received beneficial effect from NAC eye drops. In an experiment involving the use of N-acetylcarnosine in dogs suffering form cataracts, researchers found that its effects are more pronounced in the early form of the disease. Scientists from the Department of Veterinary Medicine, University of Cambridge (UK), wanted to see if a topical antioxidant containing N-acetylcarnosine had any effect on dogs suffering from different stages of cataract. They examined 30 dogs of different breeds and used eye drops containing 2% N-acetylcarnosine. The drops were used three times a day, and the dogs were examined at regular intervals, by using direct and indirect ophthalmoscopy and slitlamp biomicroscopy (a method whereby the examiner looks directly and in detail into the eye). Specialist photographs were then taken. The results showed that improvement of cataract was found in all eyes examined, but this improvement was particularly relevant in cases where the cataract was in the early stages (immature cataract). Safety
Safety is our number one concern when it comes to eye support. Therefore is you have any adverse reaction to Clarife (irritation, redness, secretion) then stop usage and contact us. It is safe for your pet to ingest and lick. Once opened, the bottles should be used up in 60 days or discarded.
Dogs age & suitability
Clarifye can be used with dogs of any age and breed. Immature cataracts respond more to Clarifye than mature ones.
Dogs with Diabetes
The diabetic condition tends to promote Cataract formation. Clarifye is fully effective in dogs with diabetes.
Compatibility with other treatments
Clarifye is compatible with most regular medications used in this field including anti-biotics. The main exception is steroid drops, which neutralise Clarifye. Greasy ointments can physically prevent good absorption of Clarifye. Generally, keep a 2 hour gap between medicine and Clarifye application to give both time to be absorbed. But you can always check with us for re-assurance.

It really WORKS !!

We have an old rescue so dont know his age but vet thinks 10+. His eyes had become more and more 'milky' and we noiced he was stopping near to us and waving his head from side to side when out for a walk like he couldn't make out what was ahead. Then it progressed to he wouldnt come down the stairs, and we would have to carry him, then bumping into things on the floor, that normally we would walk around. He has a collapsing trachea so he cant have surgery due to risk. We thought he was going to loose his vision, we would look after him but it was ruining his quality of life. We seen your advert and decided to give it a try, and it is AMAZING within first 3 weeks the milkyness has reduced and his eyes look less opaque. He will come down the stairs, all be it slowly, still bumps into things on the floor, but he is enjoying his walks again and has started to walk ahead rather than at our side. We have also noticed he has started watching things again, as was just sitting staring into nothing. The drops have definitely helped. Will continue to use as directed 4 x a day for remaining months and keep him on maintenance dose. Can't thank you enough. Big hugs from our boy Louis xx

Clarity Eye drops.

We have just used our first bottle of Clarify. Noggins eyes look a lot clearer, I know it can't do anything for his Cataracts as he has suffered with them a long time. I like the fact that the drops can be used up to 60 days, so no waste. I know that the price is a bit higher than any other eye drops needed for inverted eye lids and dry eyes but other eye drops can only be used for 28 to 30 days before you have to discard them, whereas Clarity lasts twice as long . So it's a no brainer.

Help for cataracts

We have been using the eye drops for a couple of years now, and although they haven’t stop both dogs cataracts, they have delayed them getting any worse. Easy to administer.
